I got the call from the fucking nonsense executive from Star Health.
After their convenience I port my policy to Star Health for 2 year’s.
And as obvious we rarely call them for any queries.
But when I try to contact them they take a lot time.
I called them multiple times but they’re taking too much time to get back.
I ask them to process the refund and they nonsense reply me after a week by sharing the PDF of the refund amount.
After 12 month’s I’ll get 20% or 15% of the total premium amount.
But they not exactly share what’s the exact refund amount.
WHY?
Just to keep the things in delay.
So, you may imagine what the Worst service they have.
For now I’m in good condition, at this time they are taking too much time to reply me.
If somehow I’m in some critical situation then they fucking nonsense how much time will take.
I honestly appeals everyone don’t buy the insurance policy from the Star Health.
